I mounted these on my SCX10 Pro and they did well. That said, climbing on smooth quartz or granite rock will not provide the same awesome grip as climbing on sandstone or concrete. I would say these tires are 10-20% better than my Gmade 1904s (which are awesome in their own right). All depends on how much you want to spend for a set of tires. Thanks for another great review!
@@old-rcplane-phart totally agree. That said, real world reviews from other "drag racers" can give you more information on the capabilities of a product.
The difficulty with tires is what surface its running on and the build of your rig. There is so much that affects tire its hard to match up. But its cool to see this and thanks for sharing; would always like a little bit more on the bench and close-ups, discussing any pro's and con's with how you have a setup and how it went building them.
I noticed that your steering linkage was connected to bolt hole that was furthest from the pivot point on the servo horn. If your servo has enough travel to use the closest bolt hole you will gain a noticeable amount of steering force. Using a 20mm servo horn instead of a 25mm servo horn is around a 20% increase in steering force.
I got mine and tried last weekend they did well with stock foams . Waiting on squids so I got a cheap printed set off eBay and trying them till squids available.
You should try out one of the scx10.2 lcg transmissions. They have overdrive I remember you doing a video on a 20$ scx10.2 transmission so maybe a video like that about his one? I can email you a link to it so you know which one I haven't seen anyone run them just want to see if there good or not?
I run my tires non vented..And 4.75..my areas comp spot they run the tall 1.9z and get over spots my truck cant..there like put on taller tires n vent them..naw if I can't crawl it as is well I need practice..those tires seem sweet btw.
Probably because they look extremely unrealistic/scale. Idk if competition actually allow them or not though, probably depends on the class of the comp.
I put these on my Crocs and now can walk up the sides of buildings, Spidermang who?
😂

I agree but sometimes it’s neat to push the servo a bit. Also sometimes clearances can require things to be a certain way.
👍😁
👍😁😎✌️
I have this same chassis with a creep body and I didn't have to cut anything crazy
Would you take these or ruptures on your hardliner??
