Whoa! Scuba diving, I have had the same or a similar thing happen with my GoPro 11. I'll turn it on to video some critter and it will shake with the slightest movement. I have to turn it off and then on again and that usually works.
Pink stuff in the barrel was probably pink algae (it's not actually algae, it's methylobacterium bacteria).
I was in Key West diving for the month of May and saw a LOT of that grass. There was more of that than the sargassum. What kind of shark was that near the end and do you know what kind got your tarpon?

We miss the old days when you cooked on the grill your catch or made sushi, but I assume that's how it is with all TH-camrs that start making money they get a little lazy perhaps?? But I don't blame them I would probably do the same but you have to keep the audience happy and attentive with the content creation..
