  • People have their own personal experiences when they walk on the path of meditation. But an individual who walk on the path of meditation, meditates with awareness definitely will feel sensations in the agya chakra because the house of thoughts is in the head. A person who increases his concentration in meditation will have sensations on the forehead and around the head. No matter, where you feel the sensations in your body while meditating, make sure you keep moving forward on the path of meditation. Generally, many meditators usually fall in this pitfall when they start getting good experiences in meditation and start expecting that they will have the same experience again. And as a result they start focusing on ensuring that they feel the same experience than focusing on meditation.
    We should never base our goal on other people’s experiences thinking that we would also get the same experience as them. Every individual is different.
    They will have different experiences and different darshans. Every individual will get a different result on the path of meditation.

    This is exactly whats happening to me. Sensations on body, specially on toes and sharp pressure on my forehead in between the eyebrows.
    Still i was confused about the energy if it bad or good and got it cleared here. Thanks

    In normal time also...I feel vibration/sensation. While meditation I feel vibration between my eyebrows.

    you are so right when I was Reckoning on McKinley in 2010 I fell asleep in spinning front of my body like first and second and third and fourth and fifth and sixth and before the opening material Escolar rainbow in my brain then certainly that's a one bedroom light coming through my third eye it just popped up and then I see everything I was awake and after this Mel Crone chakra was open then after this the back of my spine I feel it to serpent calling up and stand my brain the beam of light came to my chakrachakra

    I had that tingling and very intense too. I didn't knew what to do and tried to suppress it by trying to be a materialist worst decision after that I have been failing as a human then after three years now I am trying to get back to where I was and honestly it isn't easy.

    swamiji first of all i thank you for guiding me.
    I started meditating at the age of 15. I used to wake up at 3:20 because bhramha muhurata starts at that time. After meditating for a few months regularly, one day i felt that my head was rolling round and round but my head physically was stable. I was extremely scared at that point. Then I asked my uncle who also does yoga, he said that it was normal but do not do it extremely and do not do it for more than a minute when this experience comes. Then again one day when i was in deep meditation, i was just focusing on my breath and i felt a sensation around the side parts of the head (upwards the ears) and around my chest. It was like a small electric current. It was like a vibration and when i took a breath, it became more intense and because i was scared i started taking rapid breath and my focus broke. Then i was extremely confused and scared because i did not have any guru to teach me. Then i again called my uncle and he told me to stop meditation and start doing yoga or you'll become a sadhu/sanyasi. Then i stopped doing meditation and doing other things and my routine was also disrupted. Now i feel that i should not have asked and obeyed my uncle because it took me 4-5 months to reach that level and now it's gone and i have to start that again from the beginning. But now i know that the experiences were absolutely normal and are the signs that i am going in the right direction. Thank you again guruji.

    I went to my terrace in the afternoon and focused on fine particles . I saw sunlight a turning into raining light When it reaches the earth I can say that sunlight falling on the earth is just like rain.Seeing sunlight falling onto the earth with my own eyes is truly miraculous

    I strongly feel it's an explaination on "Chaitanya" state... Even tears fall out though we give up emotions... I accept this words, as I realised. But still, it's gonna be too long to reach him... He knows my stubborn nature and he knows he is my father... Milna toh hai hi, but his work is my target, which I can accomplish only when I get to stay connected to him... To my father... To my "ME"... ALMIGHTY...

    I am performing meditation from a long time but recently I have felt the power of meditation, it was so calm and amazing that I really can’t explain it in words. Even I have tears in my eyes during meditation which gave me feel like soul is getting purified.
    Now I am trying to get the same feeling again and again but nowhere I am getting it. So my question is “Once I felt during meditation can’t be achieved again n again” or this gonna be different experience every time ??”
    Please help me with your gyan over meditation.

      Sir swami Ji too had said in the video that its one of the major problems that we want that same blissful experience which we had gone through once again and again.. Fortunately i too have such intense moments, but now i learned from those days that if i keep on focusing on those past moments and continuously try to achieve that same high, i will be stuck in the same area and that too i won't be able to achieve, because that happened as i had done the practise in the right manner, but now more than the practise my focus is on the goal and i became passionate, the excitement covered me to just get that same high again.. Its really ruining and fixing your experiences qualities to just a rather small extent. Its indicating you are going right, but don't make it look like the whole picture, it was just a trailer, hope for the full movie, which is only possible if you will be sincere with you practises, truly focusing on just practicing, Karam karte jaa fal ki chinta na kar. You will then sure encounter much greater highs.

    I am also feeling these continuous sensations for 2 years. It starts from middle of the eye brows and distributes all over frontal part of head. Prolonged period of sensation often causes pain which sometimes becomes unbearable. These sensations are sometimes felt on top of head and back of the head but mostly occur between the eyebrow region. There is hardly any moment when I don't feel the heaviness in my head. It's always there in the awake state. Due to these sensations I am unable to concentrate properly on my day to day work. My memory is also hampered due to these continuous headache. Forgetting to do important work is also one of the symptoms.
    If I start watching these sensations it gets stronger and stronger and becomes unbearable and painful. Therefore I try to engage myself in some activities which will take away my mind from looking within. If anyone has some solution please kindly suggest

    what about meditating in shavasana? laying on floor on back

    From some days ,I was doing Meditation between eyebrows on agya chakra for mind peace and now I am feeling spiral sensation on my forehead. During my sleeping time it is gradually increasing and feeling difficult to sleep, how to overcome this , please help to suggest.

    I didn't feel any sensation in my body I felt like I am using all my sensation and whatever I felt everything without its identity. And so I was like able to access the intelligence which is beyond intellect. How can you describe a song which can only be heard with other sense.

    hello sir mai jab b meditation kar nay baith tha ho to meri gardan sidhi hoti hai. magar jaysay he kuch waqt k baad meri gardan kab upper ke taraf ho ja te hai mujhay patha nahi chalta is ka kay matlab hai. Sir please reply me.

    Sir i will be deeply great ful if u reply to this because I am not able to find any yogi near my home , the neurologist called me.crazy for this.
    First of its relaxing to know it's normal
    Second I am just a student who happened to fall hence started meditating very deeply to shunya , hence I discovered the way I was going and thoughts coming were the same as Buddha, my curiosity deepened and I kept going
    This year I started meditating to sun, then on a tree , so , I feel energy on my forehead , prana is how I will call it but I seriously don't know , when I wear mask , it's gone because of pressure on nose , I do it just for 30 minutes but very intense , now due to all kinds of people coming near while meditating , I feel their aura , hence I have shifted it to alone at home again to sun.
    I have misconception if it's kundalini or something harmful for me.hence I get really terrified .

      Because they think they r just doing japa not meditation , if we r doing meditation we think its meditation simple, so there is no defference between japa meditation and meditation but they japa meditator are chanting unconciously actually deep chanting comes when we accept it as a meditation, but its depend upon our love and devotion towards god bjt thats difficult for a begineer ,gradually in japa meditation it takes time to have samadhi experience sa same as meditation ,if u do meditation first that means your experiencing stillness of thoughts, mind, body then if u chant you will feel its japa meditation ,
