if emulated, it will work with a few tweaks but not full feature. if using on a PS2 console, probably old models at the time of PS2 will work and depends also if games support it.
I have not tested Smuggler's Run 2. G25 Settings will depend in-game per PS2 titles. For example, some games have different default button for Acceleration. You have to set your wheel buttons per game.

on the ps2 theres an option for clutch, but it doesnt recognize my g25s clutch, just a push button like x. any clues?
it depends on the PS2 game if they are logitech supported otherwise you’re limited to buttons
