BA is one of the greatest designed decks of modern yugioh. Nothing about BA is broken, it is a culmination of many very good yet fair cards. I have never played against BA and thought, "that is just unfair/broken." Where as most tier 1/0 decks are down right broken. But when one card gets limited/banned they are unplayable. it just shows how broke the deck really was.
