Go to the US but I must warn you guys over the two times I have been here once as a student and once 18 years earlier on my father's onsite things have significantly changed.Now it is near impossible to get a green card i.e. permanent residency and the only possible thing after graduation and the regular three years opt(only for stem) is an h1b visa.Chasing an h1b visa will almost start becoming a UPSC like habit and even if you have covered the tuition and can return you will be chasing the visa every three years like a madman and gettting it is a 1/100 chance or even less often.
