I dunno what people are thinking.. Caps is the better mid laner but not the best adc (I'm really suprised Rekkles said that). We all saw how good perkz was on adc last year, and caps was not really close to reaching that level (+ you could see his soloQ win rate was a bit terrible at times when playing adc...)
I dont think caps is better mechanically he just goes for high risk high reward plays. And when it works he looks insane. Mechanically perkz is way more consistent and always dependable. Meanwhile caps has equally int games. And for sure perkz is the better bot he literally carried them at worlds with kaisa and xayah insanely good adc. Caps struggles when he faces better mids but perkz was always solid.

I think he's better mechanically. I much prefer to have Perkz in the bottom lane and let Caps do his wacky stuff. But really everyone on G2 is amazing and brings great value to the squad.
@@Paulunatr Have people forgotten before caps and miky joined when the rest of G2 except wunder where getting clapped regularly and Perks had to 1v9 most games? Worlds 2018 for G2 was mostly Perks dragging his team kicking and screaming to victory up till semi finals. I just think if you put Perkz in a team full of boosted animals he'll still 1v9 and carry but if you put Caps in the same position he'll collapse and get smashed since he needs so much help. I really disagree that Caps has better mechanics but that's just imo.

Even though at 1st look one'd think its blasfemous, checking their stats during LEC 2017 and 2018 at gol.gg/players/list/season-ALL/split-ALL/tournament-EU%20LCS%20Summer%202018/position-MID/week-ALL/ And we can see at some seasons they were even, which shows Perkz doing just a little better since Fnc was having better recorda thebn G2. And some where Caps did way better. So it may be closer then ppl think at 1st look. Of course, Caps is way more incosistent nowadays then Perkz, but he has the mechanics for sure.
honestly mad lions' ADC was so troll this game. the pick was bad, and then he didn't buy QSS against a zoe/varus/morde team? not impressed at all, what an easy win
I agree that MAD trolled really hard this game but I don't think the ADC had enough gold to buy QSS as it would set him too far behind when they were already so behind. Also I don't think the picks were that bad, If they weren't losing that hard and if they get one good engage the game is broken wide open and there was a high likelihood that MAD could have won the game if that was the case. btw i am a G2 fan so don't say I'm just salty cuz MAD lost.
