I forgot to bring runes to use with the Iban staff to kill a Disciple for the achievement. So I used the bow and arrows I brought along to cross the bridge, to kill the Disciple. Then just when it was about to die I switched to Iban's Staff and still got the achievement.
For Ironmen who need an agility boost, the God Banner from the emissaries will give a 30 minutes +5 boost once you do the exploration tasks. Worked for me!

Absolutely unbelievable, I brought 5 ropes for the underground pass quest, never fell a single time, now im doing Regicide and the rope failed 4 times in a fucking row, im pissed cause I had to go back twice and getting back up from the pit you fall in is annoying as hell
400 iq, i forgot to bring rune for the iban staff, but has another staff with unlimited rune. killed with other staff and quick switched to ibans and it gave achievement w00t.
Why does Jagex keeep making these quests that are 90% understandable with nice flow till you randomly have to figure out that you need to talk to an npc while holding a tomato then emote 3 times with 0.6s interval in order to continue the quest. It's so mindbogglingly boring
ive fallen more times on this quest at 85 agility, then i probably have ever fallen raising agility, a 25 min quest took like 2hrs, had summer pies and mage robes, total bs
this is why i hate these walkthrough and this game. i didnt get it the chemist part on the first try and now it wont work. now what? idk you didnt mention
