Happy 3 years! just wanna say that for the past year whenever I fly I download several of your audio-only “eps” on apple podcasts, and it has truly helped so much with my plane anxiety. On my last flight I was able to grab a much needed, basically uninterrupted four hours of sleep! definitely wouldn’t have happened otherwise. anyways thanks as always Stacy 😊🙏🏻
