I don’t know what it’s referencing but I assume based on that the magazine talks about how the AI of each animatronic works and how it gives them their personality and makes them who they are

In their defense, videos like this are just a testament to why the game was such a disappointment. This whole channel is a testament to the strengths of Security Breach and an antithesis to the hate. FazFriends has showcased all the love that went into bringing the PizzaPlex to life and breathing life into the characters, be they human or animatronic. There are plenty of people out there who love everything about this game, EXCEPT the gameplay and story. Being bug-riddled at launch did not do it any favors, but there are video essays that explain the fundamental flaws even if you ironed out the glitches.
I'll let those videos do the talking if you care to seek them out (Yahtzee's Zero Punctuation review is the most succinct), but I could say that the TL;DR is that when the game is good, it's SO good that it only dials up the frustration when you realize how hard they fumbled the execution. It doesn't play especially well, the story is full of wasted potential (they had a perfectly good villain in Vanny but she's punted aside in favor of bringing back Afton for the umpteenth time when most people seem to agree he should've been left dead and buried at the end of Pizzeria Simulator), and it just straight up didn't live up to expectations. Not being especially scary is only a small piece of a much larger puzzle, from what I've observed.
From a worldbuilding standpoint, the game is an absolute joy. I long for the day someone makes a faithful recreation in Gmod so I can explore it in VR. Roxy is surprisingly fleshed out as a character, if you can suspend your disbelief enough to entertain the idea of animatronics having personalities - and most people can and happily will. The characters are all well voiced, the attention to detail is spectacular, and there's a lot of neat stuff to find, as seen on this channel. But gameplay is the most important aspect of any game, and that's where Security Breach fell short for a lot of people. I'm not saying people didn't have a good time with it, as you no doubt did, but if development wasn't so rushed and the developers had more time, the game itself could've been so much more. We can only hope they've stepped up their game (pun not intended) with Ruin.
I think another reason why people don't like it is because of the glitches and lack of vanny
I’m mixed on it , myself. While it is a okay game, the lack of a story, the limited amount of Vanny, the Staff Bots being everywhere and are just annoying, the crashes and game bugs pretty much weight it down for me.

I love Security Breach and I would like to buy some of these things, but who would have enough courage to buy a laptop or TV made by Fazbear Entertainment after the virus thing? *cough. Glitchtrap. *cough. The behavior of Chica, Roxy and Monty. * cough. Cool video btw. I think these kind of videos need a lot of effort to make. 👍

No, that’s not Cassie’s hoodie. She wears a red one if you look at the trailer. The lighting is just made different which is why people got confused that Cassie used to wear Chica merch when she actually wears Roxy merch.

How big is security breach ? GB?
I think it was 85gb at launch on PC, but the Switch port is definitely under 10gb ((half the size of Help Wanted+Dreadbear on Switch!)) and it takes a hit on some of the textures to make the game run, so some textures are muddy and blurry while some will actively optimize the closer you get to them, but at the cost of missing out on reading the packages around the Pizzaplex
