its called a cutter brake, basically an e brake to either wheel, easy to use, cool how the engine is in the rear though! probably lots of work, good to see someone actually makin the effort to do something they like
Ist that bad for an engine in the long run if it sits in that angle constantly like that And what is that under the jeep is that like a transmission/transfer case ???
car was designed to do wheelies, notice the slant of the engine. It is slanted so that when the car is doing the wheelie to lay horizontally for the oil to not starve the engine. Also the trick is weight distribution. Nice toy to have ! I bet he steers with independent LSD of some kind.
how is he turning it while on the back tires? he must have an independent rear braking system or something? you would think he would just get 1 wheel spin before it goes up on its rear tires with an open rear diff like that...
@timinator824 A lot of cars that are built to do wheelies can brake the rear left and rear right tires independently. So if you need to turn left you would brake the left rear and if you need to turn right you would brake the rear right tire.
hmm 4 wheel steering, I cant see the rear wheels turning through, that only leaves the diffrential, one wheel turns faster than the other one, causing it to turn, not sure how its done through
the rear brakes are independant, he hits the right one, it slows the right wheel and speeds up the left one causing him to turn right, same for the opposite
It's not running as hard as you think, if you look at the engine, it's mounted at an angle so that when he's doing wheelies, the engine is almost level.
it has a transfer case and a drive shaft to the front diff on the front axle. IT IS 4x4. at 45 seconds there is a close up of the transfer case and the front drive shaft is turning. he probably has an electric or hydrolic locking front diff.
@baja19681 are you seriously impressed? you can stick a 4 cylinder stock jeep motor in the back and get the same effect. all the weight in the back, or course its gonna pull the front tires
The most impressive part is that it's actually front wheel driven!
I'm impressed he kept it 4 wheel drive!
As a owner of a original 1942 willys jeep i can say that is one hell of a beast....

RHD Jeep CJ with engine in the rear.....yassss!!!
love the poplar, cottonwood in the parkway....
i just keep on waiting for him to hit that tree!
Thats the sweetest wheelie ive ever seen !!! Awsome!!!
Cool toy. I thoroughly respect the engineering that went into it.
Looks like a whole Lotta fun!!!!!!!!
Cool stuff, I want one for public use :D:D
That has to be the coolest freakin thing I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't want him doing that so close to those classic cars parked in the background....but, it turned out okay. Pretty cool Jeep!
i wonder what the cars going by were thinking when they see a jeep doing wheelies haha
It reminds me of a TONKA TOY I had when I was a little tacker. Cool vid.
So do you have to check the oil while its on two wheels so that the pan is level?
I wish my dad would pick me up after school in this...LOL
Awesome ! Do you steer with independent brake pedals of the rear wheels ?
What makes it turn when on two wheels is there a separate brake to each wheel
Ist that bad for an engine in the long run if it sits in that angle constantly like that
And what is that under the jeep is that like a transmission/transfer case ???
you have yourself a nice show-stopper there :)
i wonder if the carb would flood out while pointed down hill?
Fricken awesome!
are this jeep have any control on the differential box?
do u have one of those brakes that locks one tire to turn it, like on a tractor?
It's made for FUN people. It made me smile.
wow good job man i like it
a cool jeep doing some wheelstands
how did he turn it while doing the wheely
independent brakes on each back tire?
cool jeep nice vid
nice dude!
how does he turn like that?
he steering with cutting brakes like a dune buggy.
thats cool as hell!
Thats awesome!

does he try to turn it or does that just happen?
NICE.. How to you turn left and right???
how is he turning it while on the back tires? he must have an independent rear braking system or something? you would think he would just get 1 wheel spin before it goes up on its rear tires with an open rear diff like that...
HOW DOES HE TURN!?
if this dude was my next door neighbor we would quickly become best friends, lol
this is insane!
I would love a ride in this!
how long do your front tires lat you?
if you stay on your two wheel all the time
do you pay motor bike license plate
@Rainbowstunting He has Left and Right brake peddles. just like the ones found on tractors to allow them to make sharper turns.
@timinator824 A lot of cars that are built to do wheelies can brake the rear left and rear right tires independently. So if you need to turn left you would brake the left rear and if you need to turn right you would brake the rear right tire.
what size tires you runnin??
first time i'v EVER seen a jeep do circle wheelies.
well, actually, first time i'v ever seen anything but a bike do circle wheelies XD
me thinks you gots steerling wheel on rawng side uf kar?
cool stuff
thats pretty cool
Woooww!! How do you "steer" at will?
Very Nice
COOL and VERY mad at the same time!!!
Your the man nothing else can be said.
independent wheel brakes - control either the left or right tire.
How does he steer? Never got that =P
Awesome
This vid makes me want to do this to my YJ.
how did i get marked down for that?
Old Badboy skillz, very cool one :)
i like how you tilted the motor so it wouldent flood out
damn aussies always playin around lol nice toy tho :)
im assuming he has the kinda transfer case that they have on modern tanks... so the wheels can turn at different speeds
good stuff
hmm 4 wheel steering, I cant see the rear wheels turning through, that only leaves the diffrential, one wheel turns faster than the other one, causing it to turn, not sure how its done through
dose it have a use other then makin you smile?
AWESOME!
one of the few good vids on here
How do you steer that?
the rear brakes are independant, he hits the right one, it slows the right wheel and speeds up the left one causing him to turn right, same for the opposite
That was Cool!!!
that is awesome!!!!
Never mind, I can see a wheel stop to make it turn. I can see this coming in handy on the trail or a tree strewn hill climb!
It doesn't have to be a dry -sump motor, if you look at the angle of the motor when its on the rear wheels, its almost level. But you may be right
κατι αλλο μπωρει να κανει?
nice sound
that is super cool
completely practical
wait how does he steer it
thats awesome
good wheelee skills ....!
I envy you. Your ability will come often and refer to it
thats so badass
Lol at the rear turning.
Damn that is amazing I have a all original 1959 Willys Jeep Pickup that has a top speed of 45 MPH Ha Ha Ha.
It Rocks... They all do
how does it even turn???
maybe split breaks like a backhoe or sandrail? seems pretty useless for anything but wheelies....
Individual hand brakes for the the rear wheels
It's not running as hard as you think, if you look at the engine, it's mounted at an angle so that when he's doing wheelies, the engine is almost level.
Can't imagine how this would be trying to swerve though traffic doing 120 KM's, Post a video of it on the highway :D:D
it has a transfer case and a drive shaft to the front diff on the front axle. IT IS 4x4.
at 45 seconds there is a close up of the transfer case and the front drive shaft is turning. he probably has an electric or hydrolic locking front diff.
They hate this guy at the drive-in theater.
cool... steering how ?????
I would go with all the weight is in the back is why it wheelies did you not see that?
that is probly one of the coolest fucking things ive ever seen in my whole life lmfao!
Love it !!!!!!!
@baja19681 are you seriously impressed? you can stick a 4 cylinder stock jeep motor in the back and get the same effect. all the weight in the back, or course its gonna pull the front tires
fine voice of the engine
nice,nice,niiiicccceeee, man thts cool,
cool, can you do a fast wheelie donut?
This is EXACTLY like something out of Grand Theft Auto. What was the name of that Jeep/Buggy that looked like this???
