    If Dan and Pat wrote a book together.. "The art of human maintenance" would be a good semi plagiarised name, full of philosophy, life stories, jokes, and with 1 chapter of fitness training

    The ABC is another great read by the legendary strength coach. Really enjoying it. Intrigued by the Week 1, Week 2 workout schedule. Wonder if it could also apply to other workouts like Deads & Dips for one workout and Goblets & Pullups for another. Only because I've got poison ivy on my arms akin to a class one level exorcism and the ABC might make my forearms go poof in the wind like a wish

    There was something about single KB presses that hurt my shoulders when i first started KB's despite doing OHP for years. Didnt bother me when i did doubles, now a few months later I seem to be able to do singles fine. 🤷‍♂️ Life is strange.
