I'm doing a full-body calisthenics routine three/four days, and conditioning with KB swings the other three days. I would like to add Original Strength mobility and crawls to the KB swing days. I figure nods/rocks/rolls go before swings, but would you do a decent amount of Crawl after the KB swings or before? The KB swings are 20set×10reps EMOM" THANK YOU!
