I have bought the Lib 4 NC and their summary is spot on. Annoyingly I bought these for work calls and for the gym. In a very loud gym I can’t hear anything but my own music and they stay in even on a vigorous jog which most buds which aren’t sport focused don’t. Where they really fall down is the call consistency. I can make a call in a windy park and the person can hear me perfectly like im in a quiet office but when im in a room alone with silence they struggle and the person on the other end of the line can’t hear me (in most cases). It’s like Soundcore have over engineered the ANC and it’s cutting out certain frequency’s from my voice. If they can resolve this I truly think they are excellent for almost all other cases for the price! Oh yeah and the touch sensitive thing is pretty hit and miss.
In addition to the above - most reviews I watched before buying these buds said the call quality was on par with AirPods, which is a complete lie. So these objective reviews are really good! New subscriber!
UPDATE: Since writing the above I have continued using my NC 4’s for work calls and strangely haven’t had any problems with call quality at all. They have all been great and zoom meetings are fine too. Big improvement! Not sure what’s changed but in the interest of fairness I wanted to update this review I gave.
Nice summary 👌
@@DHRMEshould I buy the Galaxy buds 2 if I have a pixel ? I hate the pixel buds a they are too low and only last 5 hrs
@@newfnshow031 They still sound pretty decent
nice to see someone's experience on em, I just grabbed the pink for myself just now, thankfully I'm not really the type of person to call peeps so im in the clear here
did they receive an update??

Full of fun and energy! Well done guys.. brilliant as usual!
Cheers, thank you!!
Your video came up on rotation while working. Found myself laughing out loud and learning a lot. Had to leave a comment. Great video guys.
Thanks for those lovely words! Made our day!
Wow, what a masterpiece of a review...you guys are just dynamite together! Keep up the great work.
Thank you William! So nice to read this comment 😃
Currently using the space q45 as my headphones and the liberty 4 nc as my go to earbuds. They make great products at affordable prices love soundcore
Another great comparison and review from my favorite dudes in the Netherlands. The Liberty 4 BC had so much promise. Until you get to there microphone implementation. I think this is where they cheap out. I’m not holding my breath as to Soundcore’s ability to be able to do anything about it. That has not been there track record in the past.
The Soundcore Liberty 4 NC are available at a MUCH cheaper price + their customer support is amazing! I told them that I was having issues with sound quality so they just sent me another pair, no questions asked. They're also sending me some longer bud tips, as soon as they're ready for market.
HOW?!?! Their customer support is shit. The left earbud makes a rattle sound when I move and I have not received a single response from soundcore customer support. I want a replacement and I filed several claims through their app, website and also email yesterday and today and I expected some response and got absolutely nothing. Soundcore bad.
I assume the customer support experience sadly depends on where you live.
@@LukasSTETheir customer support is godly lol. I just had to be patient but they sent me 2 more pairs with seemingly the same problem. I think something wrong with my ears. And then they still refunded me. Definitely recommend.
@@Yoyopizzacat2 more pairs wtf?? That's actually insane. Based Soundcore
Now let's compare that to Sony, which tries to weasel itself out of any warranty claim made on their earbuds which THEY themselves screwed up
@@urmomma2688real idk i feel kinda guilty for maybe taking advantage of the warranty but they sent it to me lol
Do the 1more mini buds compete with this list? Also you guys are the best at doing audio reviews!
Samsung Galaxy Buds2 user. And could not be happier with them. The Jabras are a decent pick too, honestly. But I've had some QC issues with them...
Amazing video guys
hey guys i love your channel.. great content. best of luck
Thanks Caroline!
I definitely concur with the sound quality of the samsung buds 2..it is excellent..and i paid 70 usd during fathers day😀🥂..yes this review is spot on..cheers to the channel👊👊👊
I'm planning to buy a TWS...but confused between Oppo Enco X2 and Liberty 4NC. Please help me decide which one to go for. Need an overall good product between these two only...nothing specific feature.
What according to you has the better anc sony linkbuds s or the soundcore Liberty 4 nc
For $20 more is it worth grabbing the buds pro 2 with a non-samsung phone?
Love the vids, keep it up!
I just got the 4 NC's but comparing them to the Liberty 3 Pros, they sound less acoustic? Like kind of 1-directional in comparison. Will probably end up returning the NC's because the L3P spoiled me with sound. I was wondering how the JBL Live Free 2's sound compared, closer to the acoustics of the Liberty's or the "flatness" of the NC's, in your experience. Thanks!
Huh? These reviews is so good
Wish I found this video sooner 😭
I tried my friend’s Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 and the music play was very good. I have myself the Earfun Air Pro 3, which are good. Not quite as crystal as the Samsung and maybe a bit too strong bass, but other than that they are great.
Great video guys
Cheers!
It has been 3 months since this video is released, may I know if the microphone issue is solved with the latest firmware?
Great comparison video. With the Jabra Elite 4's at 14:08 when stated the right earbud has a challenge with wind. Is this to say that if using these in mono mode then its best to use the left earbud instead if outdoors?
No, the microphone switched if it's mono. Happens with all earbuds.
What's really best for phone calls with bad background noise between the anker liberty 4 & the jbl live pro 2 & galaxy buds live. I wanna make the Wright choice because I've already been thru to many claiming to be great on phone calls & blocking out background noise. It been a lie on every one. They instead enhance background noise & I'm so fed up. Please help me today so I can make a good purchase for phone calls & avoid having to return another set. This has been beyond frustrating. Please help & Thank you in advance.
can u guys do a review of haylou s35's? these are much cheaper than soundcore q30s and edifier w820nb's but can offer similar or even better performance with better comfort and build?
Nice video, I went with the Soundcore....great buds and you get $20 off so for 79 dollars you can't beat these!
Regarding samsung ear control for volume, you can just tap at the back of your pinna, and it works every time perfectly, while tapping on the tragus area is a hit or a miss.
You sir, are a hero!
I'd love to hear you're opinions on Nuratrue 700 or Nuratrue Pro / Denon Perls
Is this good for iphone 13? Because i use galaxy buds pro now but want to change new one😅
Hi DHRME! I'm new to your channel, I'm glad I found this gold mine of a channel :)
I also would like to ask, I am a professional who's always on the go.. I can't seem to find any TWS Mic Ranking anywhere on YT. Will there be a future video where you guys will be making TWS Microphone Ranking? Thankss
EXCELLENT IDEA!
@@DHRME Awesomeee I'm looking forward to it :)
I hope you really do a massive stress test, like in a public please where there's a lot of people and see how good the Mic ANC is.
I've recently learned that my Galaxy buds pro work with the experimental volume controls even on a non Samsung device. I don't know if that's because I toggled them on with a Samsung device, or if the app is just more compatible now with non Samsung devices
All of that said I don't think I would choose them just because they are the most prone to accidental touches. They always require readjusting the ear.
What do you recommend under $100 according to these points; I prioritise transparency (don't care much about ANC), comfort and a secure fit (important!). I also appreciate decent battery life and, if possible, good sound. I don't mind a mid mic as long as it is possible to make calls. I also don't care much about fancy stuff like multi-point. Oppinions?
Thanks
Im planning on buying earbuds for calls and to possibly listen to music.Which one would be the best?
By the way ,I love this video and the channel!
Um beijão para vocês 2!!
Obrigado por compartilhar esse vídeo 👏👏👏
Two heads are better than one (When it comes to reviewing). Great review.
Can the samsung buds 2 be used with a redmi device?
I just wish Jabra would make a stem style or something different the buds they have don't fit me. Kinda strange because the elite active 75t fit me really well. Thank you for this episode it was top tier class AA. 💯👍🇺🇸
Cheers Mike. As we said, Jabra buds send to have a clear personality. You get what you get.
I love my Jabra 75t because they have great bass and wireless charging.
My first earbuds and I’m in love!
do the $55 Ear Fun PRO 3, not come close close? i hear GREAT things about them
Hello i have liberty 4nc for few days...sound in medium volume is not so good... treble and highs are lowest...and the hz rate test is not so good...only gets 15000 hz..
Well... I bought a new jabra elite 4 active. Right earbud just went dead within a week. It just doesn't connect. I reached out to jabra, they agreed that it is the defective unit but they can't replace it as they don't operate in my country. I imported these from KSA.
Samsung earbuds 2 or jabra elite 4?
Kindly help: I use these with iOS, but I'm not able to get LDAC; it's still in freaking SBC. Any troubleshooting?
Apple doesn't use LDAC you have to have an Android phone that supports it. 💯🇺🇸
I love this content style because jt really clears up what each bud is good at thanks to your thorough descriptions. Looking forward ti your premium video but im wondering if you havr a video comparing upper mid range buds? The enco x2s are mg current pick to purchase soon and at least the soundcore liberty 4 nc was a pair of buds i would have preferred but cannot get. The other buds on this list seem to ejther be good at sound or anc and battery but the anc and transparency comparison is what will determine for me because the oppos already sound fantastic and likely better than these buds and watch hether or not the anc and transparency are vetter or slightlu worse determin e if i will get the encos as my only issue with them is battery life.
Unrelated but what is better overall, Galaxy Buds Live or the Nothing Ear Stick?
th-cam.com/video/UVzeLdlKPD8/w-d-xo.html
What about Jabra elite 4 active?
SoundCore Liberty 4 NC did not fit on my ear , it hurt but the buds fe were fantastic. thinking about a buds 2 pro also ... buds fe sound is lacking probably cause of the missing tweeter! buds 2 pro on the list soon!
in 2024
having a hard time choosing between the galaxy buds fe and the liberty 4 nc. The samsung earbuds sound much clearer but have no wireless charging or anc (and possibly a worse warranty) and the liberty 4 nc. These are much louder, they dont sound as good as the Samsung but if something goes wrong they will help you probably
As a galaxy s23U user should I go for SoundCore Liberty 4 NC or should I get Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 pro ?
Probably the Samsung. Unless you have multiple devices.
Make review with huawei freebuds 5 pls 😊
Don't Have Regrettable Musical Experiences
Just about sound quality, JBL Pro 2 vs Liberty 4 NC, who is the winner ❤
I don’t have all 5 of the earbuds on the list but I do have the Liberty 4 ncs, Liberty 4’s, jaba 4’s, JBL Live pro 2, Liberty 3 pros, Airpods pro 2, JBL Flow Pros, Link buds, Elite 7, Beat Fit Pros, Momentum 3’s and the Evos. My Elite 4’s have about the same bass at my Beat Fit Pros.
I gave my beats fit pro to my mom, and I currently use liberty 3 pro, mostly I use them for delivering for Amazon and exercising, do you recommend the liberty 4 or 4 NC in my case or do you think the 3 pros are still my best option rn
@@MysterANT liberty 4 is better on calls than the 4nc
which one are the best in sound quality? and under $150
@@thomasmew3288 the Momentum 3s are $150 now they are easily the best in my opinion
liberty 4nc or live pro 2?
$30 more and you can get the Tozo golden x1. I’ve tested for past week and it top tier for sure 🏆
Great work but u forgot to mention that soundcore is once again poor with multipoint. U can't pull connections even though the liberty 4 nc actually supports Google fast pair now. I'm not sure what soundcore are doing but they are doing it wrong when it comes to multipoint and multi device support 🤔🤔
yy keep in mind not everybody needs to connect 10devies and use microfon lmao, most of people buying it for sound which is awesome after doing a test by app which increases sound quality
Very true but it should be pointed out that whilst they support multipoint, the implementation is very poor
Im excited to see your review on the gaalxy buds fe. Had them and they blew the liberty 4nc away in sound, anc, and transparency. The only aspect they lose is in battery and extra features.
That 4nc transparency issue was fixed in the last f/w update.
@@ivorgripes8440 I know but it was still subpar.
can you review Redmi Buds 4 Pro
I just bought a Galaxy buds2 for just $40. Honestly I do really like it.
That's a steal!
Come on the earfun air pro 3 could fight with theses buds
seriously the sound od the samsung buds 2 is the best in this list ?
For me the ANC of samsung galaxy buds 2 are not satisfactory, thats the reason I had to return it. Otherwise sounds really great.
serious question : should I still buy the Galaxy buds 2 if I have a pixel or go for something else?
How does everyone else literally out of the tech reviewers rates the mic quality of 4NC's high including mic samples that sound really good, but you consistently say they are shit ? Something is not right here
Earfun air pro 3 or jbl live pro 2 which is better bros
Anyone?
@@paraschaurs jbl live pro 2. But if microphone speaking is important to you also and music quality is decent then get the ear run. Jbl for purely music
So those JBL's are definitly best on ANC right
Yes
Are they better than sony linkbuds s as a whole package?
I am looking for this answer too.
no
I would like to know too if Sony WF-c700 are better especially for calls than the Linkbuds S.
Watching this after I sent my liberty 3 through the wash. Maybe a pocketable case isn't such a good thing...
Vers good tests
Ha ha this was funny... paired will with a fine chocolate milk.
You guys ever compare JLab products?
for Desirable Headsets, Reasonable Means Exceptional
+ jabra elite 4 official guarantee for 2years?
You guys must have not gotten a good seal on the Jabra Elite 4’s, mine have a ton of bass.
Nope, pretty good seal.
@@DHRME maybe it’s because I have the bass turned up in both the spotify app eq and the jabra app eq then
@@richardmontoya3449 have you compared with any of the buds here?

Het is een mooie taal 😂
I have the buds 2 pro and the liberty 4 nc. The buds 2 sound quality is better but the liberty 4 nc has significantly more noise canceling and battery life. I do lawncare so trust me.
wow
lawncare bro, now you convinced me to buy the liberty ong, i want the best anc earbuds and im between the galaxy buds 2 regular and the liberty 4 nc, i want to use it for study and listen to music ;)
one question, the liberty 4 nc is good for people chatting? like in a mall or just regular conversations around you? and thank for your comment :D
I’m actually surprised why a lot of reviews say Sony has bad nc. I work at the airport and the best earbuds out of these has been the Sony 700s. Maybe they did an update since this review but, when there’s a plane coming in I can barely hear the turbine compared to the soundcores. Also the soundcores control the wind horribly. Wearing the Sonys I hear no wind at all. Maybe the only thing bad with the Sony is the mics when talking but then again I hear no complain about it either.
If you guys are testing noise canceling in a quiet room it’s true the Sony don’t really have a lot of nc. But in a really loud area the Sony are the best. Jbl also has really good nc. I’m surprised people like the soundcores they are trash. And also sound like trash.
Sometimes I feel like people are in soundcores pockets.
What are the Sony 700s?
I'm a big soundcore supporter but the sound quality of the regular liberty 4 are better than the newer NC model.
For me sound quality and batt life are more important than anc or other add ons.
how about the bass? which one has the better and louder bass?
During Amazon Prime Day I purchased both the Earfun Air Pro 3 @ $50.61 and Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC @ $85.79.
Are the 4 NC worth the extra $35 sound quality is what's most important to me?
Or do I get the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 @ $140 I own the Liberty 3 pro and Edifier W240TN
My fast-forward button is not working. That will teach me not to arrive early.
:)
Not sure why they picked samsung galaxy buds 2 over soundcore liberty 4 NC. As a former user of galaxy buds 2, I can confirm that those are complete trash with shit tier ANC, sold them off for $20. Using the liberty 4 NC now which is one of the best earbuds I have ever used
Anker 4 nc best❤

Firstly a shout-out to DHRME for being one of the most independent honest reviews out there. Secondly, and related to @avs040288 comment. I have not had issues with the call quality YET. My Liberty 3's died so I bought the 4 and then a week later saw the release discount on the NC, so I've got all three. I did 1-hour calls with the two people using the 4 and the NC starting at home, walking on the road with traffic, through a park with loads of kids playing (voice), and so on. They both said I sounded great and the same on both buds. I'm loud so it may align with DHRME's hypothesis for voice volume and tone. I have not used the NC on a Teams call yet, so we'll see. Regarding Transparency mode. The 4 boosts the outside sounds too much (loud), which is OK when my music is loud walking outside. However, I can hear a train .3 miles away or a plane above and they come in way too loud. The NC on the other hand is softer but with no music more realistic, with music cars do need to get closer to really hear but it's fine. I can use the transparency on the NC in the office just fine for calls. I have to use ANC in the 4 in the office calls because the transparency is louder than the person on the phone. NC sounds louder and punchier than the 4 at the same volume to me, but I've got some lower frequency hearing loss in my right ear. While they both sound fine, I'm reminded of how much better a bud can sound when I pop my old LyperteK Tevi back on. It's a shame no one can really get it all working together at the $99 price range but I guess that's what keeps us buying new ones. Again - really appreciate DHRME reviews!
