- The new Tops Lookout in Busay, Cebu City 😍😱👌 Walk Tour!
- Went there during the soft opening, and was expecting to be like 70-80 percent finished but it was only like 50%. The building itself is halfway done and lots of stalls are not yet constructed, some are just about to do the finishing touch. only a handful of shops were open to buy food or somethings. But the viewing deck is unquestionably superb, still you get the fantastic overlooking view of Cebu City. Probably in the next few months, this is the best place in TCH Cebu to hang-out.

New parking structure really adds the convenience to visitors/ customers. I admire the concept of having various food stalls ,clean environment in comfortable sitting plus the beautiful view of Cebu City and nearby area.

Tops has been there since 1985 and even then, when only the viewing platform was there except for a few BBQ stalls and sari-sari stalls, tourists and locals alike went there for the view and to chill. And there was no public transport then so people without own vehicles used taxi cabs or habal-habal to get there. Now, that the new owner/management provides their own shuttle buses to pick/drop passengers from two points (Cebu IT Park and JY Square), this much improved attraction will surely attract more visitors than ever before.
