In short, nothing such as Indian citizen yet ,just a union of states for now, until all laws apply equally to all citizens in all areas of life. There is more freedom of settlement/migration/land acquisition in most of the developed countries than in India. No wonder India has the highest migration rate in the world.
Art 19(1)(e) grants a fundamental right to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India. and clause (g) a freedom to carry on any occupation trade or business in India subject to reasonable restrictions in the exercise of the freedoms in the interests of the general public. I would read Art 39(b) with Art 37 in context although he court has not so far respected the fundamentality of the Directive Principles despite Art 37.

Haven't you read the States Reorganization Act 1956?? How come the law of the land can be only in one language.... When the land is a multilinguistic country?? And hindi is NOT the national language of India. Hope you know that. Don't try to impose backward illiterate bimaru states language on Nonhindians. Not all understand it. This is India.. Not Hindia.

Is it only about purchasing or the transfer of that property through all modes are prohibited ?
Shd not be allowed to.
Purchase land only in your native state.
