Green Star - Performance assesses the performance of existing building operations against nine environmental impact categories: Management, Indoor Environment Quality, Energy, Transport, Water, Materials, Land Use & Ecology, Emissions and Innovation.
The rating tool framework can be applied to all building typologies including retail, educational, industrial, healthcare, public buildings and offices, and certification has been streamlined for portfolios of buildings.
Certification with Green Star - Performance enables facilities managers and building owners to benchmark their buildings and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
