Interesting fact: When throwing the leaves into the oil tank to temper, it can cause torsional deformation and/or warping in the loose leaves.
Wouldn't it be better to lower the leaves still stuck into the tank, and release the leaves from there? ....???

Hi dear,I think you have misunderstood. First, the raw materials are punched and end-processed, and then they are bent by robots and heat treated. After heat treatment, they obtain tempered hardness and will not be distorted or deformed. We will conduct strict inspections in each process to test the rigidity and fatigue life of the product.

Yes, I am aware of this manufacturing process, as I worked for 30 years in a spring factory in Brazil.
My comment, based on technical knowledge, is about what I saw in your video, when after the leaves have been shaped, they are thrown into the oil tank as "loose", and their weight/height can cause these possible deformations .
But I also saw in other videos on your channel that there is equipment that allows the leaves to fall trapped into the tank, providing security in this matter of deformation.
