As large as it's in Oklahoma You can grow your crops even if it's medical cannabis just file the proper licence and it's legal.

Most of the towns he references for shopping are so small and remote be prepared to pay mark up on everything. Mcalester is a good town but you won't be making a quick milk run to get there.

Bring a job with you have property near there, with 3 creek's, one is wet year round, 20 years ago, only paid $11000 for 25 acres, see what happens when the Californians come in and over pay, it should only be $10000 to $ 15000!

    • @LANDIO

@ mark smith Prices are going to be different from how they were 20 years ago no matter where you are. There are many variables that affect price and what someone is willing to pay. We have sold many properties in this area with similar attributes around this price. If this property isn't for you, you can view all of our available properties on our website here: www.landio.com/land-for-sale We sincerely appreciate you watching our video and leaving a comment!👍

Can't even have chicken coop on this plot?!
Also of note, I've lived in Oklahoma for 60 years and they DO NOT LIKE new people or visitors to this area, even visitors to the state parks in the area are putting themselves at risk.

I'm in northern Illinois and a 100 acre plat of land was for sale in orangeville I'll. on zilliow a few years back.
As I scanned the 12 photos I notice a narrow section of woods where one was taken and on one tree several strips of bark had been pulled, as I looked towards the bottom you could see 2 long hairy arms extending out from behind the tree you could see the hair and just above that half a gorilla looking face staring at whoever took the photo, you could see the eye, mouth and nostril, I showed several coworkers and they all said it looked like a gorilla.
Most amazingly several days later this was the only photo removed from the Zilliow add!
I've also had several encounters and in one incident 30 years ago while exiting after a day of fishing a rock was thrown over my right shoulder and when I turned around and looked there was no one else around and I mean no one!
After raising my 2 daughters in 2017 November I decided to go fishing and catch some crappies and thought about checking this spot out.
As I moved away from the spot something huge began moving through the brush and then as I turned to look a loud tree snap occurred and then whatever it was just froze!
I fished here hundreds of times through the years and sometimes had a creepy overwelming feeling of being watched.
Long story short I decided to check from Google Maps and look down on the lake from above and as l touched the glass a little window popped open to the trail flanking the river floodplains basin and lake.
Aguy on a mowing tractor had drove the trail on this forest preserve taking 360 degree photos and as I zoomed in to the canopy pretty much exactly where I had my rock throwing incident as I looked right beside a tree is a grayish black face with one black eye the other eye is covered by leaves but there's plenty there and a big wide evil sinister grin with horse type square teeth that stretches from one side of the face to the other and two brown fingers on the tree!
It's there even now, and I've never gone back, it's not paradolia it's very clear what your looking at.
My mind had to adjust as I almost fell over sitting down, I believe there all over any forested areas with creeks or rivers, lakes add more atractivity.
It kind of reset my view of the world and stole some things I enjoyed about the outdoors, see once you know, you can't change reality your now wide awake, not in wonderland any more.
