Coalition governments have to work together. 3 or more parties, yes if relatively close in standing, makes for more of a winner than a bully over the other. There is something to it being too decisive.. 'either for or against us'... on both sides. When there is some overlap in parties, it doesn't have that 'us' vs 'them' feel. I believe it serves Democracy better.
Sound crazy? Look at the political spectrum between Bernie and Joe. Could easily be the leader of a split in the Democrat party.. not run off votes. A true contender. With money out of politics.. it becomes more viable.

@@thethree60five Yeah, I agree. The two party system we have is garbage. But it's designed to stay that way. One way for America to change the two party system would be preferential voting, where you list the candidates you'd like to vote for in order of preference. If your candidate gets last place, then your vote goes to your second preference, and so on. This solves the problem with third parties, which is that people are afraid to vote for them because they think they'll waste their vote. But the only way to get preferential voting is to pass a law, and the parties probably won't do that since it's against their interest

3) Bernie wants to eliminate Private sector health care companies and the jobs with them. (Seen it on numerous interviews with Bernie. I thought all Democrats were all about jobs?) Bad
(A) People like Medicare because you can have Medicare along with your Companies or Union health care, you can buy a health care or supplement health care plan. This is called FLEXIBILITY. Good!
4) There are currently 44 million Americans currently on Medicare. Bernie wants to move another 260 million Americans onto it. A 600% increase! Can you handle a 600% increase in anything you do? How many people are they going to hire to handle this increase?
5) How much is this thing going to cost?
6) Just a little word of warning. Remember the Government ran two health care systems. (A) Medicare and (B) Veterans Administration, with the Veterans Administration list to the morgue and graveyard!

Nope sorry not on Facebook. Just a logical assessment of what Bernie wants to do from information on broadcast media (ABC, CBS, NBC and public TV). And from personal experience! My dad had Medicare, a medical plan from his job and bought one from AARP. When he past away all three covered all of his medical expenses from two major surgeries in less than three months! It isn't the amount of time you spend on the table it is the amount of times you are on the table. When I saw him in CCICU, after the second surgery I was Shocked I didn't believe he would live out the night but he did. He was a fighter in a very quiet way! I do miss him and my mom! The second surgery was for cancer of the pancreas. Life expectancy at that time not very good!
