Hello User, I did not have a true answer so I went directly to the manufacturer for you. As in the tradition of most Products from China……they don’t do spare parts 🙁. Here is what they say. hello Jeff Sorry that we don't sell accessories separately. If customers want to buy an extra battery, they can go directly to Amazon to buy it. Please note that our original battery and battery base adopt a 4-pin terminal. Please check whether the type of battery they adopt is compatible with our original battery base. Just wondering, What detail was missing. Taking it out of the box, or cutting the tie wraps?
