None of those things are “nasty”. Women should look, smell etc to make sure they are good. Cant be stinky or looking off… maybe a spot was missed while shaving? Maybe there is a rash or bump. Look with a mirror. This should be normalized. Every person man or woman should check their whole body occasionally. Make sure no cancer spots or any weird stuff is growing.
