    Thank you so much for posting! I’ve been wondering how this was done for a couple of month now! Can’t wait for stores to open back up so I can buy some tulle!

    I'm in love with embroidery on tulle! It looks so elegant. I bought tulle a few months ago but I'm scared to have a start. I have been following you on Instagram, and when I searched "embroidery on tulle", this video was suggested. I will subscribe you here too! I didn't understand how you end and start the thread (to have a clean look), if you can say how you do it, I would be glad. But if not (bcs that's the secret hehe), that's okay. 🤗

      Hi there! So sorry for such a slow response! Super happy to have you! And thanks for your question - it's a great one I'll make sure to create more instructions on it - perhaps in a livestream workshop. Keep your eyes open!

    This is awesome!! I've wanted to use tulle for a while now but I'm afraid that the backside of the stitches would be too visible from the front. What do you think? Is it pretty easy to hide a messy backside if you're just careful about it?

      The only way is to make a back as clean as possible, otherwise it will be visible quite clearly. I was scared of that too, but with practice I tried my best to not make bad backside. The best advice I can give you: use few strands, cut the knots as close as possible and never do travelling lines, always cut the threads when needed. It is more work but it worth the results. Hope it helped!

      if you have thick enough lines you can also use glue to keep the ends closer to the knot. you have to be careful how you do it but it can help.

    how do you transfer the sketch on the tulle? Do you just draw on it?

    • @CharlesElin
      @CharlesElin  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes :) just draw on it. And sometimes I just free embroider directly on it
