I really like this, especially florescence, well done! I hope to hear more of your music in the future (I understand from Reddit you are taking a break), this is some of the most inspired use of the Elektron boxes I've heard. Take care!
This is just fantastic. The composition was really emotionally driven and I love how you really “used” your hands in this one. I wish I owned a record label so I could sign you.
Ylva really is on another level with these boxes. I'm always blown away with the performance almost as much as the piece, but i end up closing my eyes and dancing, making me have to rewatch for all the fiddling.
Don't know how you do it but you really manage to get emotions across through the OT&DN. Other people who make tracks on Electron-boxes (including myself) often just make it sound neutral/technical. You have to put more stuff! Though something tells me you've been an artist for quite som time already :)
@@sonicneutronic dude i'm almost 100% certain youre right, look at the cables he uses and also just how they use their ring finger to hold function and the knob twisting. I lined up an aerial dataline performance and one of these videos and its gotta be.
is it possible to have the same off kilter "garage" style drums on the digitone? i'm wondering because i'm not sure of the step resolution on the digitone
Wondering what you do there with the trigs on the OT to trigger different melodies on the digitone... I have a OT myself and I can see that you are in midi mode but don't understand what pressing the triggs does here. Could you give a short explaination? Great set btw!
the patterns are set to "plays free", meaning they are untied to the sequencer, and only play when i trigger them manually, something equivalent to the session mode of ableton if you may
These are really beautiful tracks
Your work with these boxes is ultra inspiring, you will get whats due for it in one way or another if you havent already, amazing!
Master.
Beautiful work, man! My favorite is the last track :)

Yes! He really went for that in this masterpiece !
S†. Clou† that’s cause YLVA is someone else who knows Elektron products rather well. Cheers.

Ernest Olaf could be Cenk in disguise.....similar hand movements, speed and knowledge.
@@sonicneutronic I think you're on to something there, could actually be :).

@@ylvatrax ah ok cool! thanks for the response! owning the OT for 2 months now and it's new learnings every day haha
Siodhachan we all do
got any plans on doing some tutorials? lovely vibes :)
thank you. unfortunately i think this is something which is out of my scope and there are ppl on youtube that would do this way better
cool stuff. What do you use for mixing? Any outboard gear?
its mostly stereo or 2x stereo recordings so the mixing is happening inside the machines
ylva trax sounds incredible if it’s not even mixed. The filters seem to be amazing in those boxes
That last track gives me chills. Fucking amazing. Is the phone call dialogue from a movie? (I totally understand if you would rather not say)
thank you friend. id like to give the sample hunters a chance on this one
@@ylvatrax sounds like something from Joe Frank
This is amazing! Where are you based? would love to see you live
thank you. i live in the world wide web
