Which wouldn't meet the fair use standard if someone had the balls to take her to court over DMCA.

And finally the "transformative" aspect of the situation. It is commonly recommended for "react" channels to make the content transformative. So Sniperwolf crops every video to hide the caption and reads the video caption out loud as "reaction" or talks over the video or the video is muted, because she steals the jokes to pretend it's her own and uses the video in its entirety. Which wouldn't meet the fair use standard if someone had the balls to take her to court over DMCA.

TH-cam doesn't make money from viewers. They make it from advertisers. If they remove her and her content from the platform, the number of ad spots they can sell is reduced by the number of views her entire library of videos generates in a day. Considering they pay her millions, and TH-cam keeps the lions share for themselves, that is likely a very big number.
