Hello! Sorry for my long absence. This was not planned - originally, it took me a while to just think of what I wanted to make. I finally decided on making a big bad epic fight scene again because I feel like it's been quite a while since an entire video was centered around an action set piece.
But I wanted to make it really great! I wanted to dedicate as much time to this project as I could to make a true roller coaster of a brickfilm. I'd get so excited to animate some of the concepts that I'd stay up all night shooting (when the flame sword came into the picture it felt like I entered a new dimension. I did not want to put the camera down, even if each frame took 10-20 minutes just to shoot haha)
Personally, I am very happy with how this came out. I hope you all are as well! Thank you again for your constant support.

Some kid right now is probably watching this and going, "Man, I wanna make videos like Edbound!". He's gonna go dig out some legos from underneath his bed, ask his parents for some lights around the house, grab an old camera, and get to work. Is it gonna be an artistic masterclass in action like this? Not at all. But it'll be that kid's very first step to becoming a skilled and talented animator, a path that will bring him so much joy and an outlet for his imagination to run wild.

Dude I’m so mind-blown by this... this is without a doubt the best lego stop-motion battle I’ve ever seen, that anime style you gave to the fighting sequence was astonishing and with your unique style just made it even better. The stop-motion in this was so epic I almost couldn't even keep up on what was happening the first time watching the fight. Amazing work as always.

Plot twist: the drink actually burned up in the fire so she had to use the samurai instead

Don't take this the wrong way Edbound, the video was amazing! It's just that towards the end the action became harder to focus on and it became harder to tell who was winning with all the cuts and camera movements. Again, this video really was amazing!
