I only faced issues when the Metro Bundler browser tab did not open (Later found out that it has been deprecated in 2022). So I struggled to figure out a bit what was going on. If your phone refuses to load your project in Expo Go. Make sure Windows is on Private network for your Wifi connection. It will fail on Public which is the default network profile.
Can you update this. I did everything you instructed in the video. But the Emulator is not working. I am using Android Emulator and also I am using my iphone with the Expo Go app. Both are not loading. The Android Emulator does not work at all, and the Expo Go app times out. When I go back to Expo Home, I see under "Recently in Development" the app I was trying to open with correct ip address. Possible diagnosis video?
the expo global command and the global expo-cli package are deprecated in favor of the local npx expo command. This means you should no longer install the expo-cli package globally using npm install -g expo-cli. Here's a breakdown of the deprecation: What's deprecated: The expo global command. The global expo-cli package (npm install -g expo-cli). What's not deprecated: The npx expo command (available in every project). The local expo-cli package (npm install expo-cli).
While installing chocolatey 1 package is failed. Because of the bad internet connectivity. How can I fix this again ???? ( visual studio 2019 is not installed )
It's easier to get started with expo go. You get the same experience, with fast-refresh that works really good. As an alternative, you can install an emulator by installing Android studio (I will show this step in the next video about React native cli env) or xcode if you are on macos. The advantage of an emulator is that you have everything on the pc screen and depending on your pc specs, it might reload faster
hi how come there is no sign out option built-in in amplify aws that make the react native application go back again to signing/ sign up default page after pressing the sign out will you please help with this am I missing something or just wrap up any react native defulat application ( you start already serious foe auth ) but just wrapup defulat application cli with amplify aws default page that you make already and a signout to go back to this default page will you please make video on this it take maybe 5 minutes from your time thank you in advance

when i try "expo init app-name", i get an ERROR "Uncaught Error Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, open 'C:\Users otebook 3\.expo\PATH'", ... im breaking my head off trying to solve this, any good advice ?

Hey! You will need a MacOS computer in order to build applications for iOS. With Windows it's not possible.

Try restarting Expo Go on your phone and the development server on your computer. Check that both devices are on the same network.

I get Starting Metro Bundler, but it doesn't open the browser automatically. Anyone know why?
The browser UI was discontinued. You can do everything that was possible in browser directly in the terminal. Ex: press “i” to run on ios
