This has the vocal tilt, Gheisha nimbleness, enough of the diction and enough size to flow the big ambiance of this aria. The overall experience is rather transporting with a curious lilt, plush panther, tremulous sound in the middle that gives pleasure for sure. The final note was a little too narrow, perhaps. The pianist not big enough for this grand number as it needs pedal and more sound in places.
