I don't know if the glue and paint wood melt butt I believe overtime, acrylic paint will fade in a sunny afternoon window.

What I find sad about this, is that one (visual) artist is not giving credit to another (musical artist). As creative people, we should stick together, in my humble opinion, and respect each other's work enough to give credit where credit is due - be it in original fashion/cosplay, photography, painting, music or writing.

you need to tell You Tube to remove the ad that appears right over the top of your slides- making it impossible to read the directions you have...it would not let me move or remove the ad...very frustrating- otherwise great video- thank you.

how would you suggest cleaning the finished product? Lightly damp cloth? do you spray with a clear urethane to seal it?
Does this work with transparent plastic? Like phone cases?
Try painting the pattern first, and then use black hot glue sticks for the 'leading'.

Very curious about the longevity of acrylic plus glue in the sunlight. Anyone have experience with this fading badly or is it semi permanent?
This mix of glue and acrylic peels off, cracks and flakes. I used vinyl instead of glass. Trying sanding the vinyl. May have to try something else.

Is it necessary to mix glue with acrylic? Could I just paint the acrylic straight onto the clear coat sprayed glass surface?
Xaverick yes glue is necessary
Without that glue, acrylic will peel up when dry. The glue makes it seal to the glass.
