DUDE! You have a Raminator now???!!!! I am coming to visit lol.
I have machined so many castings back in the day. This is the first time I have ever watched a vid on how they are made. Very cool brother.
😂.. it's actually a friend of mine that has the raminator.. pretty cool rig, but very under powered from the factory.. figured we go for the 71cc conversion..😎
I'm hoping to get back on this soon.. I've been dealing with some health issues lately...

I have a question? If I send you a piece of titanium could you make those frame pieces for the 1/7 arrma line to to protect the frame and makes the sparks. It will be big enough for a bunch of sets. Some for you too! I'm a new limitless owner. Only people who have it are scorched rc in Europe!

Unfortunately, no.. that raminator was converted to electric, and he sold the engine.. so the project was halted.. i still have the casting's, but no engine to mock them to... There were also significant differences in the engine mounts, so those would need to be fabricated as well.. unfortunately this video was as far as it ever went.. sorry to disappoint.. 🙏
Have you built the bell housing and will you sell it for the 71cc Rovan?
Have you tried to increase displacement on the 71cc 😅……. Wouldn’t a YD100cc (motorized bicycle) cylinder and piston kit work in that 71cc Rovan?
Hey alden buddy hows it going brother I finally got the Limitless up and running dude so happy with it I do have a question though I want to replace the oil in the shocks and diff it says in the manual to put 2000cst in the front and rear shocks and 10000cst in the diff can but I cant find 2000cst shock oil so is diff and shock oil the same can I put diff oil in my shocks and diff?
Hey Lennon, essentially they are the same, both silicone based fluids.. so yes it can be used for both if needed.. do you use the car for speed runs or just all around street bashing, drifting etc.?

Unfortunately there is not, I ran into some severe health issues that brought the project to a stop.. hopefully I will be able to get back to this soon.. ✌️

Unfortunately it hasn't been built yet.. I ended up with some health issues that put a halt on the build.. Hope to get back to it very soon.. 👍

Let's never overlook expansion chambers & porting.
But expansion chambers are the real key.
I have racked my brain trying to remember a simple analogy I read in MXA magazine when I was a but a wee Dirtbiker of 13 or so.
In very few words it described how Expansion chambers provide power or torque based on their shape.
The writer used a crowd of people trying to run through an exit to exemplify how this all works.
But the eloquent & simple analogy is lost in all the Flotsam & Jetsam of this 60 year old mind.
@@BigChuck_1 oh yes.. that gets very involved, and the port map is the key.. while in my younger racing days I would venture this route making my own pipes to coincide with the map, I just don't have the drive anymore to get that involved..😂.. the extent of my pipe tuning day's has evolved into lengthening and shortening the outlet tract to the converging cone...😂😂😂
