Navy veteran here. I thought there were no khaki uniforms anymore in the Army and that dress uniforms were blue pants and dark blue jacket?

She said blood sister, meaning biological sister. No one said they shed nor should You Deny the general if that was said. She might have shed blood and probably have shed blood for her country considering her Rank and length of service to achieve that. In addition the US military was fighting many theatres during her service time not to forget she was an aviation officer before this post.

As an African immigrant myself and O3 officer in the US Navy , I must reiterate this again: America is the land of opportunity especially for those that are born here. Even for the immigrants it is. US Defense forces are also a world leader in research and technology, they helped pioneer the internet, digital cameras, GPS, microwave oven, virtual reality (VR) and many other revolutionary technologies.

This really inspired me. Thanks for sharing. I remember my days in ROTC Falcon Batallion, Raleigh, NC. I had an opportunity to join the mainstream, but I wanted to return home and build my own country. Sometimes, I wonder, looking back, if I should have traveled back home. But hey, I am still serving humanity.
