It was a dream to buy Apache rtr 160 in yellow colour during college times in 2009-10 . Karizma and Apache was an emotion for college going boys in 2008 - 2011 .
It's soo good to see motorcycle manufacturers launching Powerful and feature loaded bikes at a reasonable price.. It really shows how serious they are in the market ❤ Pure delight for motorcycle enthusiasts 😍❤️🔥💯
It has killed all its competitors in its segment....the features, look, design and especially the heated seats at this price point...hats off & kudos to TVS!!❤
TVs is alws ahead of the time in terms of tech.
I owned one of these back in 2008. And it was the first bike to come with Fi (Fuel injection) technology. Though I could hardly notice any difference between pulsar and unicorn who were the rivals. And pulsar 200 and karzima were big brothers at that time

New 390 has engine failures not expected from KTM
I want ktm to bring these features in special edition with nice colour options and graphics

@@2_Wheel_Boy Racing? 99% of people don't buy bikes for racing. This is why KTM is known for chapri bikes as a small percentage of users use this for so called racing.

body(frame and subframe) -> mv agusta dragster and brutale
fairing -> ducati streetfighter
but in no way they look copied exactly. overall amazing design
But i think BMW designed the bike
As a TVS lover/owner, I like this bike mostly for its seat cooling facility. I bought this bike very soon.
Top Speed Comparison:
TVS Apache RTR 310 ~ 312CC/150 KMPH (around 2.72 Lakhs ex-showroom)
Hero Karizma ZMR(Newly Launched) ~ 200CC/150 KMPH (around 1.72 Lakhs ex-showroom)
Legend Yamaha R15/R15M ~ 155CC/150 KMPH (around 1.83 lakhs ex-showroom)
I was very excited for bike but only disappointment about this bike is it's top speed. I think TVS is gonna sell this bike based on it's feature rather than it's engine performance.
Other than this features and design is just 🔥
Good to this this kind of features and design from an Indian brand.🔥
(P.S. I know top speed doesn't depend on bike's cubic capacity)

@@ElevenRushof course he hasn't. Having ridden both rr310 and Duke 390 I can say this engine is so vibey and lacks character. Even though tvs has done good job but this bmw engine is failure

@@akashtopder7251 yeah for budget issues and newbies this is good package but those who value engine and have been into riding for long this will be an instant reject after test ride due to the engine of bmw which is vibey and lacks character. I have experience of rr310 of two generations thats why writing.People who have ridden better bikes will avoid this. New guys who havent ridden anything can like it

I stay in heaven (Konkan region in Maharashtra)& here we don't build roads...we build potholes. On those, we drive F1 cars & we haven't solved the Porpoising problem yet.

Clip on should be an option and the rider seat needs a shape angle.. under belly exhaust..
... only then the design language would have been justified.. except clip on 50% of the front portion looks phenomenal.. another half is just left like the designer had to go to toilet. 😂😂
