- 1 shredded zucchini
1 shredded carrot
chopped green coriander
2 eggs
3 TBSP sooji
1/2 cup sorghum flour or besan
50 ml milk
2 TBSP oil
salt to taste
any seasoning
1 TBSP baking powder
Mix everything pour in muffins tray bake them for 20 minutes in preheated oven at 360 F
