  • finally chopped carrots
    green peas
    chopped onion
    salt to taste
    -1/2 teaspoon haldi
    black pepper to taste
    chopped green coriander
    Add one teaspoon ghee in a pan when heated add cumin seeds , when splutter add chopped onion SAUTE for a minutes with salt , then add carrots n peas , haldi n black pepper stir it . Turn the stove on low to medium cover it cook for 8-10 minutes but stir in between . When done add coriander.
