It can’t be, can it? The first tune is in Bb, and you can see him playing a big tonic chord on the pull around the 1:10 mark. What tuning could it be?
It sounds stylistically like he’s playing in f on a b/c, which leads me to believe possibly it’s like an e/f box or something?

@@jakeplumb I think it's G/G#, which would put all D major tunes in Bb. I've learned the first tune in D on my BC box, and that seems to do the trick.

He's playing the first tune with the fingering you would for D on a BC box but playing in Bflat so it's a GG# box I think
