Yes if we have received 400 no. Of API containers in single consignment, then we have to perform on each containters i. e. 400 nos. IR Identification test to be done.
To minimize the time of IR, most of the units are now a days using RAMAN spectrometer.

Data integrity issue must be investigated and accordingly CAPA is decided. But in most cases DI issue's corrective action is removal from person from the system.

Thanks for your query Satbir. Definitely overwriting is not allowed in pharma, even the people know that it is not allowed but in most of the organization it is commonly seen. Any unintentional overwritingis not data integrity but intentional overwriting violating ALCOA PLUS principle will fall under data integrity breaches.
