Hi Sandeep, thanks for your query. I am not able to understand clearly your question. If 1ml = 0.1mg then you just take weight in mg and dilute as per the concentration required. Suppose 0.1 mg diluted in 10 ml then ppm would be (0.1/10)*1000. Hope now it is clear to you.
