Epic fail: Midges interrupt Peak District collab

Back to the Peak District wild camping with a bunch of TH-camrs like I did last Feb - but this time, millions of midges wanted some TH-cam shine as well! And it chucked it down. So it went rather wrong, some of us got rather drunk....I blame the tequila and the whisky!
Four of us rescheduled to a location near Baddesley Ensor for a more chilled camp where I got to play on the swings and see-saw and see the remains of a railway bridge. Oh and hear some frankly strange noises and again get slugs trying to get in my tent, and one succeeded this time.
This was the first 'proper' use of my new Naturehike Cloud Up 2P. I can say for certain it's waterproof AND midgeproof.
Featuring Paul ‪@AnIdiotOutdoors‬ Moley ‪@CampingRulesOkay‬ and his friend Noah like the first collab but joined by Scott ‪@HikingCampingandPhotography‬ and ‪@Tominthetent‬ and Ryan and Chris who regularly appear in Paul's videos.
It was a BIG stealth camp...not really that stealth when there is 8 of you?

I think those noises were biffa. I heard similar sounds when we camped at Northampton! 🤣😂🤣 I think it's his stomach reacting to a lot of fatty food and booze 🥴

Ethan is a master at killing a joke with overuse! 😂🤣 We're constantly telling him to stop making the same joke (and telling him to stop making inappropriate jokes too) but he does have a great sense of humour nonetheless 😄
