These look really great! I’m still kinda on the decision to hold off. seeing what the Sirius night walker t1.2 trios will be like has me a lil more interested.

They are amazing, I will be posting my reviews on the Night Walkers this week. Nothing wrong with waiting out to make your decision, lenses are something you need to invest in. Its just crazy how affordable these Cine lenses now are, and the quality is damn beautiful!

@@RICH_Photography I was about to purchase the lumix 25-50 1.7 for my gh6 but as soon as I saw these lenses I wanted to hold off. Especially being that these can go to 1.2 with a little more reach with the 56mm they all 3 look great. 3 cine lenses cheaper for the price of one lens! 🤯

I have a set of the Meike t2.2 cine lenses which I acquired individually (‘used’ at less than 300 bucks each) in 2021/22.
They are similarly lovely on my GH5s or G9 however (as they’re only t2.2) I refer to them as my Daylight cine lenses.
I imagine t1.5 would be a bit more versatile!

Hi Colin 👋 I'm sure the Meikes are great on the GH5s because it's so good in low light.
To be honest, shooting at f1.4 or T1.5 on the GH5/G9 and GH6 is fantastic.
Ive shot some great low light footage on my GH5s at T1.5
It's crazy how low my ISO on the GH5s is at T1.5 the footage becomes insanely crisp.
Definitely a huge difference between T2.2 and T1.5
Also, I feel any lens performs better a little further from its widest aperture. So the Meikes will perform better at T2.5 or T2.8
Likewise a T1 lens will perform better at T1.5
This is why I always welcome these super bright lenses, the further they push their widest aperture, the more crisp they appear when stopped down a little 👌 hope that makes sense.
