Singapore's Changi Airport is beautiful but plane taxiing took so long, I noticed it in many different videos from different vloggers.

They are probably using Runway 3, the runway furthest away from the main four terminals which is shared by the military. The 3rd runway is used to help handle more flights and more passengers coming into Singapore.

@@TheMementoMori Nope. Looking at the video, they took off from Runway 2, which is the runway beside Terminal 2. From what I know, Singapore Changi tries to dedicate a runway each for landing and takeoff.
Runway 1 handles landings while Runway 2 handles takeoffs. For that reason, planes from Terminal 3 mostly cross over to the other side of the airport (via the overhead crossing) and takeoff from there, same goes for planes in Terminal 1, which taxi all the way to the south to takeoff.
When the direction changes, the runways switch roles (i.e. Runway 1 handles takeoffs, Runway 2 landings). It leads to longer taxi times depending on which terminal and direction the airport is using while also ensuring that movement in the airport is seamless. At least, based on experience, takeoffs in Changi seem to be very quick, probably since planes don't need to wait for landing aircrafts to land and taxi off the runway.

4 runways, but there are 2 directions for each strip of asphalt.

Not entirely correct. There are actually 6 runways. The third one, 02R and 20L is strictly for military use

Definitely the A330-300 Singapore Airlines use because it has a very distinct take off start up sound
