My name is Joel, I work and manage Sunny Knoll Stables located in North Eastern Pennsylvania. There's always something happening as we do our best to take care of these beautiful animals. Between the weather the family and everyday shenanigan's, who knows what is going to happen next!

Dad did a great job filming. I thoroughly enjoyed his wanderings, and glimpses of horses personalties like the tunnel in the hay and the ear in the feed bucket.

You did a great job with the video, Dad. We loved to see the different angles of the camera and the different scenes you shot. It's great to see the variety. Thanks for the video. Joel does the same old thing all the time, so having you change it up was great. Love you too Joel, and your videos are great too. Love Gavin too. He's a hoot. Theirs was just a bit of variety, which is good. It's the spice of life.

You could add more stalls too.
Maybe one of your generous subs will send you a torque wrench. It is extremely important to get the torque correct on a nut to a bolt, especially when it comes to wheels. Just ask anyone who has lost a car wheel or truck wheel going down the Interstate.
I would think you would not want to have all of the horse poop right in the new barn. I would rethink that. But excited to see the project

Question:
1. Why do you want earth under the barn when the hay could absorb water? Or will there be a treated lumber floor under the hay?
2. What if you had a 2nd channel for builds and improvements (projects) A couple other creators ave done this and they seem happier/more relaxed. One creator is Doss Farms and Doss Outdoors, the other creator is South Texas Roots and STR Talks. For each, the former channel is the original, the latter channel is the second.

Apartments, aren't stalls Apartments for horses? That's what I'm waiting for, expanding the number of horses you can take care of along with clearing some of the wooded areas for the horses to graze and hang out in with some trees for shade.

have you got one of those magnetic floor sweepers (made to find nails on contruction sites) to make sure any stray nails are picked up - one of those in a horses hoof is not good and one in a tyre is also not good - not crazy expensive
