I absolutely love the look of this and I really hope that P&O will get some of these too. They look like an excellent mid-large ship that could replace some of the older members of their fleet without making the whole fleet the size of Iona/Arvia.
@@TravelBlogJamie They have, don't think that will help them maintain their traditional customer base though. I think a midway point is definitely needed. Whether or not they decide to do that or just move on completely and move to only megaships going forward is another matter entirely though, I guess. I think both P&O and Princess are in a slightly weird space at the minute where it feels like they're offering very different products under the same brand.

I don’t personally think princess have lost any identity - they have a whopping 15 ships without Sun and soon to be Star all with that family feel and (from what I’ve experienced so far) consistent level of on board service

Love the look of this ship loving the pool areas and the venues. My only concern would be staff ratio to passengers on a cruise. Great vlog as always. X
Thanks for quick look.....seem Princess havent increased the passenger/crew ratio, Shame....service was noticeably stretched on Sky recently. I wonder what the passengers thought when you lot all rocked up .....?
Whereas on Regal recently service was so efficient / fabulous. The passengers I spoke with / had drinks with on Sun were lovely / welcoming / friendly and excited for us although the Brits had hoped to see Sam Ryder. The ones on Facebook not so happy.
The owners suite looked oddly cramped in the living/dining area, that wall between them is really oppressive. Honestly the mini suite looked much nicer to actually be in.
