Not all facilities are provided to every ias office.and also 7 pay commission didn't increase salary considerably to high rank officers it only increase the min salary.just 10-15 % increase.and to all people who say ias officers don't work for salary. Just to say salary is pay for work.not a begger you can give just to sustain life. Atleast pay them compared to other similar nation.brazil give 33,763 reais equal to 6lakh.per month.

एक सरल गणित।
IAS हो या IPS
*इनकी शुरुवाती* रेम्यूनरेशन अधिकतम रु 60 हजार ही होती है।
15 साल मे भी एक IAS/IPS की मासिक रेम्यूनरेशन छः डिजिट में नही हो पाई या 1लाख रु प्रति माह।
IAS की सर्वोच्च पोजिशन केबिनेट सेक्रेटरी की होती है।। आज *लगभग 30-32 साल सर्विस* करने के बाद आज जो केबिनेट सेक्रेटरी है उनका कुल रेम्यूनरेशन सिर्फ *रु2.5* लाख होती है।
अब प्रश्न उठता की ये IAS/IPS लोगो की फैमिली का लैविश लाइफ स्टाइल ,उनकी प्रोपरटीस , उनके बच्चों के खर्चे , महंगे स्कूलों में पढ़ाई , महंगी निजी कारें.... कैसे *मैनेज होती है* आप समझ सकते है।
ईमानदारी से जॉब किया हो तो एक रिटायर्ड IAS ऑफिसर और रिटायर्ड सरकारी PG कॉलेज के प्रिन्सिपाल की जीवन भर की कुल white आमदनी बिलकुल बराबर रहती है। इसका जो बड़ा डिफरेंस IAS/ IPS के पास होता है वो करप्शन से ही सम्भव है।

Salary (@starting) = around 54k (basic pay with Daily Allowance DA) + 20k worth of HRA (house rent allowance) + 10k worth of TA (travel allowance i.e free car)
- Duplex house in state capital or in vvip areas

Starting basic is of Rs. 56100 + 12%(DA, 6732)= 62832(gross without HRA, because they get accomodation) that is the salary now, but there are many facilities not the salary. Like : car, cook, servant, security etc. Please provide right information.
