It's 100% foreigner owned company. Can bring wife of course. There is no pension or retirement money for foreigners in UAE for this. Hospitals are not free. You can buy insurance and then use hospitals through insurance. $4000 to $5000 is the cost for company formation and then getting 2 years investor visa for the company owner. For adding wife, the cost will increase a little bit more.
