After uploading the video, I realized the rule have been changed for eligibility for salaried individual for Golden Visa. The new rule says that basic salary should be 30K AED instead of gross which increases the benchmark hugely.
Also there is mandatory requirement now of equivalency certificate against your degree from Ministry of Education. This may take a few weeks to complete the equivalency application process.

Thank you Wali Bhai for such an informative video. You explained how Golden Visa is very beneficial specially for keeping old parents with you in UAE. My question is what most feasible options do you suggest for cover their health aspects here in UAE during Golden Visa stay specially after 70+ years age?
Might be the video is recorded earlier and posted now. Before salary should be 30k regardless of basic salary now the basic salary should be 30k.

Thankyou. I have family of 4 plus parents so total cost will be 27,000 AED. Do I need to visit Dubai to apply for Golden Visa or I can stay overseas and get the Golden Visa?

Other advantage of having a Golden Visa is how easy it is to get a driving license in UAE. Golden Visa holders have directly attempt the final RTA test once the theory test is done. Even if you fail the final RTA road test, You can reattempt the test after taking a 4 hr (mandatory) driving class. This mean, You can skip the parking, yard tests.
If you have a golden visa there is a high probability you already have a DL.
Not really for anyone who is coming in new to Dubai. I came in waited for the Golden visa and then got the DL

BTW for 30k salary, they require 30k basic salary, usually the salary is broken down in allowances and that's not accepted you have to have basic 30k.

@harismuzaffar1151 based on uae residency, yes, but Albania so far is the only destination that offers visa on arrival to uae golden visa holder , as far as i know
Amer center is not offering services for Golden Visa property investors, Property value should not be less than 2 Million even if it is a off plan property and and you have paid a very minimum amount as a down payment then you are still eligible for Golden Visa
For property - you need to get certificate from DLD for all the properties as compiled document (I’m not sure of the value of offplan paid up value however)

Recently, the minimum salary req. has been changed.
Now, basic 30000 is required without allowance.
Earlier, 30000 included basic and allowances.
This makes the population very small.

Is there any restriction regarding maximum duration of stay outside of UAE for the golden visa holder. 2.)You mentioned that your mother is also staying with you on golden visa. For parents above 60, what would be the cost of medical insurance. Is there any discount for the golden visa holder above 60....Thanks.....
1 - No restrictions.
2 - Insurance is a tricky subject. Will try to cover in future. But 60+ would have expensive insurance for sure with many exclusions.

Rules are changed for Golden Visa 😢😢
Volume is too low
Almost 4.5 crores of Indian rupees investment required for golden visa. We can easily do a lot better business wise in our countries with that much of amount
....And pay taxes for which you never get worth of public service!

One of my friend bought property of Dhs. 1.90 M 1 years back BUT now its market price is over 2 M, can he apply for Golden Visa.
I think they have to get an evaluation certificate from DLD to assess the current price and based on that they can get the golden visa.

Yes, for social media influencer, if you are able to get the GV approval, you only have to pay for the fee associated with GV and not the 2M AED requirement.
Can we take a loan and buy property and still get the golden visa?
you can get GV on off plan and mortgaged properties - the thresholds are not clear with me as of now.

The new rules state that 30k should be your basic salary now. This makes Golden Visa inaccessible to a lot many people now
