So sad but inevitable I guess. Watching GH and talking to mates about it was a part of my childhood I haven't forgotten about, growing up in the 70's/80's was so cool. A world that was so much simpler and happy.
A superb raw-edged, hard-hitting, originally imagined, storylined, adrenalined, marvel which made many of us 50yr+ teenage yrs.. My, they sure don't make them how they used to...A quite fabulous long running drama series who all kids in different circumstances cud resonate with.SIMPLY 1 OF THE BEST, the like of which we'll never c again in OUR lifetime.
Just what my schoolgirl teenage evenings were made 4; a must watch that I used to rush home for... *Quite possibly,1 of the finest school dramas ever t grace R screens; with it's raw-edged, hard-hitting storylines,it told the real stories of schools education/home life as it was back in the 70-80s.*
Looking back I will never forget coming home and watching Grange Hill - I grew up in the 1980’s and it was a magical time being a teenager - how things have changed 😢 wish I could go back 😢😢
1 of the all-time gr8 TV dramas of the 80s. Marvelous if but sad nostalgic trip back t the 80s. My schoolgirl adrenaline rush back in the day.. Tucker,Trisha, Benny& Co, u all were part of my teenage life an I resonated with each and every one of you in 1way or thutha.
I grew up with Mark Farmer he dated my sister when when they were both teenagers didn't know he had passed. Absolutely loved Grange Hill. R.I.P to all the cast members that have passed away.❣️🙏
Such an immense series loved getting home from school a must not miss show. So sad how Laura Sadler passed away she was a great actress who would have went on to great things she was brilliant as Judi Jeffries. May she Rest In Peace. I also liked Mr Mackenzie he was great one of the good teachers on the show. Also RIP to all the brilliant actors from GH who have also passed on from this video and since you are all never forgotten 🙏🕊
I used to love Grange Hill as a kid, I remember the guy that played mr Bronson playing hitler in Indiana jones the last crusade, couldn’t believe it was him , rip to all of em.
My bother was ten when Tottenham won the fa cup in 81 and I convinced him that their player who looked like Benny Green really WAS Benny Green. Soo funny. Sorry Will.
RIP too all stars from this ground breaking show. A special part of my childhood. Sausage on a fork anyone?

Gwyneth had such beautiful blue eyes.
I was just beyond children's dramas when this began but I am amazed at some of the actors the programme attracted
