THIS ISNT THE FINAL PRODUCT. I think the game looks ok right here, and they are going to improve on it before its release. You also got updates to the game and stuff like that. All of y’all are already hating on it but are gonna look stupid when the game blows everyone out the water when it releases.

It’s not as realistic as 2k, but it looks hella more fun. Live has a more arcade feel to it with focus on other features (such as global courts and storyline) to compliment the gameplay. If anything, it reminds me of fun times I had as a kid with Live on the PS2.

Live looks GOOD.
2K needs to learn that good players can finish contested layups. When you take a layup in 2K18, you scared every time cuz you’re most likely gonna miss, even if it’s wide open. The movements and animations are amazing in Live, but 2K18 obviously has better graphics which is a main thing that draws people into buying the game.

The fluidity and movement still needs a lot of work. A simple crossover is so slow. Driving to the basket is super slow as well. The defense, which is emphasized heavy by EA, is lackluster and steals look crazy easy.

Everything. Where do I begin? I'm not going to explain everything to you for confirmation. Don't even get me started that you can't even play a match with your friend splitscreen or even fucking online in a real 5v5. The graphics are dogshit and its so clunky.
Every color known to man kind umm you're an idiot, they didn't even use the frostbite engine for this game genius, and the graphics and animations are far worse than 2ks, they only thing that they do better is drop new stuff to do in the game more often, but the gameplay is so ass it don't matter

If this game is as consumer friendly as the last one then I’m definitely buying once I see everything it has to offer. Even if 2k is still objectively better (animations, customization, mode depth in mygm) I’m still picking live if 2k still thinks they can put everything behind paywalls
And go a full cycle without any meaningful improvements or features being added. They only patch things that cost them money (they didn’t even punish people that did animation glitches AGAIN)
They already confirmed live run is coming back. Ultimate Team is probably gonna be the only thing that will have microtransactions. Not a problem since I only played UT 3 times.
Isai Gutierrez I’ve seen a lot of people build incredible teams in LUT spending no money and just working auctions and just playing the game. It’s possible in 2k too, obviously but working the AH comes with the risk of being banned sometimes. Also, the live moments and challenges are more rewarding than what 2k has to offer

I don't know what it is but the movement doesn't look natural. It's like their feet slide and the ball warps. I do like the way a contested pull up looks like the player is trying to avoid the defender. 2k just have you get blocked all the time.
