Dr. Nic Gill is the All-Blacks strength and conditioning coach He got appointed in 2008 and has been in the role ever since- through 4 RWC campaign, 4 coaches and at the time of recording this, 212 test matches.
To enjoy that sort of longevity at this sort of level you have to be one thing- the best!
Worth a mention- in his spare time he participates in physically grueling Ironman events (Details below about his exciting new “Race Ready Endurance” business).

I have just been through 10 years of various bad injuries. Before that, I was a high level athlete who loved training and pushing my body. Now, at the bottom of the barrel, I cant seem to mentally turn myself around to get back into it. WOuld love to work with someone like this to do it right.
