sir i agree with your points...but the thing is getting sponsorship from overseas( india) is next to impossible..no employer is ready to give sponsorship ( moU signed employers) is there any way out we can talk professionally.

Hi sir, i didnt know about spouse must have atleat functional english i came to know this after while lodging visa , my wife is not english medium so am not quite sure she get fundtional english , my question here is it better if we inform early about payment of second installment or shall try to get functional english in mean time till officer ask to prove , will it have effect on processing time.
