I think you should do ankle circles before training (moving your foot up and down in a circular motion) to loosen up your feet. Otherwise it may start aching when training, as it happens to me.
@@nickhumph defo look into it, I recon it would 100% help. Might not heal you fully but speed up recovery. It’s a band you put around your knee/ankle/hip whatever. You hold for 2/3 mins and it stops the blood flow. Then after all the blood goes into that area creating more blood flow speeding up the recovery process
